Mr. Wooten received his M.B.A. degree and J.D. degree from the University of Florida. He is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Civil Trial, and his practice is primarily in the area of general liability and products liability. He has been with the firm since 1968.

Council Wooten is the Chancellor of the Episcopal Diocese of Central Florida, Catholic Social Services, YMCA, child abuse representation, and is currently the Chairman of the Florida Citrus Sports Association.
